Nordholt Business Meeting Minutes:
9/9/07
Meeting was called to order 6:22pm 9-9-07
Officer reports
Exchequer: Balance is 2452.66. Outstanding payments are in.The signature
cards for the account are still in the process of getting switched over.
Marshal : Fighter Practice for August was post poned due to Marshal
being gone to Sport of Kings. Fighter Practice will resume this month
at the Canton Social wich is held every third Thurs of each month.
Chatelaine: A new member came to our business meeting last month
and visited and left her contact info. I have sent her via e-mail many
web links to sites for our local branches so she can find out more info
and start getting involved in local activities. Media contact - Two
of our members (Lord Fawkes and his Highness William Geoffrey the Rogue
) we in a newspaper article about Corvaria's Harvest tourney. I still
have not been warranted in the Chatelaines office after a year now.
Web Minister: Website is up and fine. Reminded members that if
they wanted to be added to the site they need to send the info to him
in writing either in person or via e-mail as per Society rules.
New business
Their Alpine Highnesses William Geoffrey the Rogue and Stephanie submitted
their bid for Stinky War 9. The proposed date is May 9-11. Full
bid here. Any other
bids need to be submitted by next business meeting.
Old business
The cost of cleaning the T.P. Pavilion was paid $90.00.
The current meeting place is still being debated. Seneschal will be
looking into new places for meetings that fit the members criteria.
